I quite liked the novelty of the vertical lock gate and the traffic lights for pedestrians at the rail crossing.
Swaps or Gifts
On a recent forum post there was the question of what have you found in a cache.
My reply was that I rarely do the swap element these days but I have been known to put gifts in some of my caches or make them available.
I’ve done just that today.
Another forum post today inspired me to calculate out that I set up
Royal School Reunion 15 years and 8 months ago.
The story is on the cache page of why I set it up around a travel bug that I had found.
A long time since Charles was at school but is now topical for greater reason.
Inspiration came to put out a keepsake or memento for a new seeker of the cache.
So on today’s visit I have placed;
So if finding this gift appeals make haste and come complete the cache.
If the thatch on the roof has decayed my recall is that you need to be wise and think of a bird.
